Dr. E. V. Ramana Reddy is a retired IAS officer with over three decades of experience in public administration, education, industry, agriculture, information technology and biotechnology. He has led initiatives supporting innovation, entrepreneurship and collaboration among government, academia and industry. As Chairman of the Karnataka Skill Development Authority, his work focuses on skill development, employability and workforce readiness. He holds a Ph.D. in Agronomy from Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University, Hyderabad.
