The Workshop by Dr. T. Ravinder Reddy explained the responsibilities involved in aligning institutional work with NEP, NAAC MBGL and IQAC processes. He described how departments can organise their records, check the completeness of evidence and participate in internal readiness reviews. We appreciated the detailed discussion on preparing teams for mock assessments and recording action taken on observations. It made clear why quality preparation needs participation across the institution. We thank the International Institute of Quality Accreditation & Rankings (IIQA) for explaining the process through understandable departmental and institutional responsibilities.
