Dr. T. Ravinder Reddy explained Outcome-Based Education and Bloom’s Taxonomy in detail during the Workshop. He discussed writing measurable course outcomes, selecting suitable action verbs, preparing CO–PO mapping and aligning assessments with learning outcomes. We appreciated the explanation of direct and indirect assessment, attainment calculations and the use of results for improvement. These topics made the relationship between course planning, teaching and assessment clearer. We thank the International Institute of Quality Accreditation & Rankings (IIQA) for presenting the academic steps in a way that faculty could relate to their own courses.
